By creating an account or using the TrackScore app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
TrackScore is published by Yohann Cesson, sole proprietor registered in France — SIREN 107 445 397. Contact: trackscore.admin@gmail.com. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.); app data is hosted by Supabase.
TrackScore is a fitness and nutrition tracking app with social features (posts, workout and recipe sharing), a coach space and analysis tools. It is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue certain features.
You must provide accurate information and be at least 15 years old (age of digital consent in France; below that, parental consent is required). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity on your account.
Content you publish or send (posts, photos, coach-chat messages) is your responsibility. The following are strictly prohibited:
These rules apply to all areas of the app, including coach messaging. We apply a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users.
Every post can be reported via the "⋮" menu and every user can be blocked (unblocking is available in settings). In the coach chat, long-pressing a received message lets you report it (it is immediately hidden for you), and the conversation menu lets you report the conversation or end the coach link, which immediately cuts off the exchange and data access. Reported content is reviewed and, where appropriate, removed within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or delete the account of any user breaking these rules, without notice. You keep ownership of your content. By publishing it, you grant TrackScore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it within the app, for the sole purpose of providing the service. You control the visibility of your posts (private profile, "Public" or "Friends" audience).
A coach link is created only when you enter the code your coach gave you, and you can end it at any time. The coach then has access to your sessions and an aggregated calorie summary, and can advise you, assign programs and chat with you. Coaches using TrackScore are not vetted by us and their advice is provided for information only: it is neither medical advice nor a prescription. TrackScore is not responsible for the relationship between a coach and their client.
Some features (unlimited AI analyses, full history, advanced insights) may require a paid subscription. Where applicable: prices are shown in the app before any purchase; payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refund requests are handled by Apple under its terms. Free tracking features remain available without a subscription.
The "Shop" section features physical products (food supplements) sold by third-party partners. Tapping a product redirects you to the partner's website: the purchase happens there and is governed by their own terms of sale; TrackScore is not a party to the contract and may earn an affiliate commission. No physical product is purchased inside the app.
TrackScore provides estimates (calories, BMI, progress, calorie adjustments, AI meal analyses) for information only. These estimates may be inaccurate. The app is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before significantly changing your training or diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete my account, and export your data beforehand (Settings → Export my data). See also the privacy policy.
The app, the TrackScore brand, its interface and its own content (programs, in-app recipes, visuals) are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or extraction is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, TrackScore cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the app, service unavailability, user-published content, or products sold by shop partners.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, contact us first at trackscore.admin@gmail.com: most issues are resolved simply. Under the French Consumer Code, you may also use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
